The Estate Experience

The heart of the estate is our three-story, Amish-built home. We’ve renovated every inch to ensure the “great bones” of the house are complemented by modern high-end finishes. Whether you’re preparing a feast in the chef’s kitchen or retreating to the loft for a quiet night, the interior is designed for comfort, flow, and group gatherings.

• Sleeping Quarters: 4 Bedrooms (King, Queen/Twin, Queen, and a Loft with 2 Queens/Futon).
• Gourmet Kitchen: Fully stocked with a gas stovetop, electric oven, dual drip/single-serve coffee maker, Crockpot, and blender.
• Spa-Style Baths: 2 full bathrooms featuring walk-in showers, a freestanding soaking bathtub, and a lighted vanity table.
• Entertainment: Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, Playstation, dartboard, board games, and a stereo system.
• Utility: Washer/dryer with detergent provided, and central heating/AC.

We designed the backyard to be an outdoor extension of the home. It’s a place where you can move from a morning of fishing to an afternoon of lawn games, ending the night with a homemade pizza. The stone waterfall and outdoor shower were handcrafted by Mike using stones found right here on the property.

With over 10 years of experience in the wholesale nursery industry, we take great pride in the 45+ acres surrounding the estate. We act as full-time caretakers, ensuring the landscape is as impressive as the home itself. You’ll find beauty in the small details, from the seasonal blueberry patch to the way the gardens glow at night.

• Landscaping: 45+ acres of maintained fields and professionally lighted gardens.
• Seasonal Perks: A private blueberry patch for guests to enjoy during the summer.
• Active Maintenance: We personally split and stack the wood for the estate’s multiple fireplaces and fire pits.
• Future Features: Keep an eye on the pasture—we are currently building a barn for retired horses!
